We have been working with Inference LLC since 2007 on the development of our Passenger Experience Scale. Their contribution has been very valuable, as has the scale itself. Inference helped us build a valid questionnaire grounded in our own theoretical framework, thus providing us with research-based evidence for differentiating passenger experience.
Inference partnered with us to analyze the drivers of patient experience and the extent to which patients would recommend our services to others. The analytical methods that led to the report they developed provided invaluable insight into our key drivers that could be understood across all levels of the company. I truly believe the report gave us a competitive advantage to understanding and improving patient experience.
Inference was an integral part in our transnational multi-year research study where they not only helped us design the project but most importantly conducted a unique analysis of the perception data from NATO global partners in the Asia-Pacific to determine the extent to which meaningful comparisons could be made across countries. The Inference team draws on both academic rigor and business expertise to solve real-world problems.
